What do I need?

A Mac or Windows computer and an AI chat app. The helpers run on their own in the Claude desktop app with a paid Claude plan (Pro, about $20 a month, paid to Anthropic, not us). In ChatGPT, Gemini and others, you paste a helper into the chat instead. The guide shows both.

I lost my download link.

Check your email for the message from hello@aiveryhuman.com. Its link works for 30 days. Expired or missing? Email us from the address you used at checkout and we'll send a fresh one.

I unzipped it and see two folders with the same name.

Open the inner one. The right folder has 00-START-HERE.txt directly inside it. On Windows, use right-click, then Extract All. Double-clicking the .zip only lets you peek inside.

I don't see a Code tab in Claude.

Update the Claude desktop app and check that you're on a paid plan. The tab is called Code, but you don't write any code. It's simply where Claude works with a folder you choose.

The skills don't show up.

Make sure you picked the folder that has 00-START-HERE.txt directly inside it, then run prompt 2 from FIRST-PROMPTS.txt again. On a Mac, the .claude folder is hidden. Press Cmd + Shift + . (period) in Finder to see it.

Claude is asking permission to change a file.

That's on purpose. Say yes only to a new file inside 02-Outputs. Say no to anything else. The helpers never send, delete or replace anything.

Can I use it with ChatGPT or Gemini?

Yes. Open a helper's SKILL.md file, copy the text, paste it into a new chat with "Follow these instructions:", then add your notes. The guide has a page with the exact steps.
